• Do you ship to my country?
  Yes! Even though every item is hand made in Denmark, I gladly ship them world wide :)
  
  
• Can you make me something custom?
  
  Absolutely! Please use the contact form and I will get in touch with you. Be sure to click here to see what colors are currently in stock.
  Please note that custom orders are not always open and might take longer to complete (2-3 weeks). Custom orders can only be placed via the contact form.
  
  
  
• How long will it take to receive my order?
  
  As each item is handmade to order it will take 1-2 weeks before your order is finished. You will receive an email with tracking info once your order is packed. Please note that the email is sent when the shipping label is generated, NOT when your parcel is picked up by the postal service. Please allow a few days for the tracking number to activate. During busy periods tracking might take longer to update (e.g. around the Holidays)
  
  Once shipped, orders within Europe take 1-2 weeks to arrive, and orders abroad usually take 2-3 weeks. This all depends, however, on your local courier and customs.
  
  

• Will customs fees be added to my order?
  
  CreationsByMagi ships from Denmark, inside the EU. If you live outside the EU, custom fees might apply. Check with your local postal service for rates and limits. CreationsByMagi does not mark down the value of packages.

• How sustainable is CreationsByMagi?
  
  Every item in the shop is made from sustainable materials (detailed in the item description), and is hand made in Denmark by me. When working with other artists or suppliers, CreationsByMagi guarantees that these are paid no less than Danish minimum wage and that their production is also as sustainable as possible. All shipping materials are 100% recyclable/reusable cardboard. Please reuse/recycle the wrapping when receiving your order.
  
  - NO PLASTIC in either wrapping or envelopes (unless repurposed)
  - NO UNDERPAYING of labor
  - NO USE OF NEW MATERIALS unless deadstock or sustainably produced
  - NO compromises on behalf of Mother Earth
  
  

• Returns and exchange policy
  
  No returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon arrival or different from what was ordered. Photo documentation required.
